Shipping policy

Our standard processing time is up to 10 business days on most items.
Business Days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays and observed holidays. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations as stated in our shop policies. Once we have reached the 10th business day for most items, your order will be in the shipping couriers care and it is up to them to update tracking information and deliver in a timely manner. At this point we, unfortunately, have no further control over the delivery or tracking information of your order.
